We had a comfortable and relaxing stay here. All amenities needed were within walking distance – takeaways, shops, coast, sculpture park etc. The property was clean, warm, dog friendly, and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the small garden because of the weather, but it was dog proof for our small dog. Would definitely come again if visiting Portland.

A spacious and clean home with great amenities close by. Ideal for us as a base for exploring around Dorset! Can’t fault the house a comfortable nights sleep, great shower and kitchen. Thanks very much to our hosts.

We had a lovely stay at Hecla House. Lovely house , nicely fitted out with everything we needed. Immaculately clean. Small garden to relax in. Great for kids and adults alike. Phillipa is a great host and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. A hidden gem on the beautiful Isle of Portland. Thanks and hope to return chris
