Once an Admiralty research facility, the building now forms part of Southwell Park, now a mixed use area that remains quiet, safe, and ideally positioned for coastal adventures.

This compact apartment has been cleverly planned and beautifully furnished, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy electric shutting blinds, pull out televisions, and a premium Hypnos mattress for a restful night’s sleep. The open plan layout creates a bright, welcoming space perfect for short breaks or longer stays.

You’ll be just a short walk from Portland Bill, rugged coastal paths, and panoramic views across the island. Despite the nearby trading park, the apartment remains peaceful, with uninterrupted access to Portland’s natural beauty.
